Power of One Challenge - Week 1
I just started a new challenge over at the Sisterhood Of The Shrinking Jeans, called The Power of One Challenge! I am hoping (going to) start exercising daily at least 30 minutes a day. We are having a high school reunion this summer and I am going to try (going to) lose 30 pounds by then (August).
That is my goal. And with the help of The Shrinking Jeans group I know I can do it.
I am new to blogging so I hope I am doing this right! :D
