BzzAgent - SodaStream

My son and I LOVE soda and it is getting expensive and we are also trying to be more “green” in our lives, so the Soda Stream seems like a perfect solution to that. I would love to try out this machine and share our experience with it to my readers on facebook and twitter. Power of One - Beginning of Week Three

Week Two went pretty well. And starting week three I am down one pound this week. I haven't been able to exercise as much as I would like though because I am having a few health issues and will be going in for a procedure to the doctor on Friday that will then put me down for several days and thus, will then cut into the exercising again. BUT, hopefully after I recover from that procedure I will be up and attum full force!! Woohoo! Looking forward to getting this problem fixed and being able to exercise like I want to! Fingers crossed!!

Power of One - Week Two

Starting Week Two:
Well, week one went pretty well - down one pound but pretty proud of that because the stupid Fibro decided to act up this week and I have a "piercing" pain in the middle of my back every time I move so made it nearly impossible to exercise but I did do stretching exercises.
So I'm happy with one pound down.

Power of One - Week One

Power of One Challenge - Week 1
I just started a new challenge over at the Sisterhood Of The Shrinking Jeans, called The Power of One Challenge! I am hoping (going to) start exercising daily at least 30 minutes a day. We are having a high school reunion this summer and I am going to try (going to) lose 30 pounds by then (August).
That is my goal. And with the help of The Shrinking Jeans group I know I can do it.

I am new to blogging so I hope I am doing this right! :D
